Chemical industry “Brixol Vr šac ” has an 80 years long history of development. She has three operating units with nine production division and about 4000m2 under production work shops, over 4000m3 of storage tanks, three engine boiler plants, track transporters in the property, 60 tons steelyard measure capacity, capability to load and reload liquid and pulverized dangerous materials, (on the railway station – 3km distance). Complete area in the property of the company comes to the 12ha.

At the time there is involving procedure for the enrolling of the Quality Valuing by the international standards “ISO 9000”.

The division for production of plastic materials was build in 1978 on technology by Von Heiden and processing engineer Davy Powergas, capacity 20.000t/y of different plastic materials. (PVC).

The basic characteristics of these divisions are: two reactors with capacity of 50 m3, working temperature 2500 C°, with two condensers, transporting line with cooling and filtration of the final products, engine boiler plant, capacity 10t steam power, by the temperature C° and pressure of 36 bars, pass tube system for water demineralization, equipment for separation of inert gas – Nitrogen, facilities for instrumental air, cooling system, over 4000m3 of storage tanks semi- products and products. These are service operations which are used from other companies as owners of the raw materials.

The greatest users are: „Sintelon“, “Grmec ”, “Novkabel” and foreign companies “BASF” and “Kemokompleks”.

On these proc4esing machines during the 1994 – 1995 in several turns were made 4000 tons of bio-diesel, (metal-ester), as alternative for diesel-fuel.

The division of the inflammable bricks, on the petroleum basis, has a capacity of 10.000 bricks per shift. This group of products is to make fire in stoves, furnaces where the wood or coal is in use.

The division of special liquid products capacity 8.000 peaces per shift, manufactured the liquid chemical material for human use.

The division of specialized pulverized products, (insecticides:”Vajgon” and the product for chimney cleaning “Garvan” ), with capacity of 5.000 peaces per shift.

The division for producing of sanitary products,(different washing substances for sanitary, ceramic and glass ware, as well the products for disinfection, for blushing and auto-cosmetics ), has a capacity of 8.000peaces per shift.

The division for emulsions, bricks, etc has a maximum capacity of 8.000 peaces per shift. This sector produces also abrasive, soap forms for different daily use.

In the packaging division are produced different sorts of carton boxes, for own factory use.
